Clean 9 - ALLOWED SNACKS FOR BETWEEN MEALS

You always wanted to know which foods are allowed on Clean 9 / C9. Here you can find a list directly from FOREVER Living.

All of the foods listed below have a low glycemic index (GI) - a system with a scale of 1 to 100. It measures how much a particular food affects blood sugar levels. Foods with a value below 55 have a low GI. Since the following foods have few calories and therefore only have a minimal effect on blood sugar, they can be consumed throughout the day. Ideal for fighting cravings!

Food tips:

✓ Lunch with no or few carbohydrates
✓ If carbohydrates then: potatoes, rye/protein/spelt bread, millet, quinoa, lentils, buckwheat
✓ Dinner without carbohydrates but with lots of vegetables and protein! No raw food in the evening!
✓ Don't eat meat every day. Alternatives: fish, legumes, cottage cheese, mozzarella, eggs, tofu
